The English Premier League continues this weekend and there is plenty still to play for at both ends of the table, so we picked three things to look out for.
The title race is still on for Arsenal and Manchester City, whilst several sides remain in danger of being relegated to the EFL Championship ahead of next season.
As we head into the business end of the season, you can make things even more exciting at Bet9ja, with more than 200 markets to check out for every Premier League clash!
Newcastle United vs Arsenal: Must win for the Gunners
Arsenal currently sit second in the Premier League, just one point behind Manchester City, but Pep Guardiola’s side have a game in hand over the Gunners, so it is certainly out of the North London sides hands.
Mikel Arteta’s side will most likely have to win their remaining four games, and hope that City drop points if they want to lift the title come the end of May.
Newcastle are third in the Premier League, meaning this is by far the toughest test for the Gunners out of their remaining fixtures, but anything other than a win will likely put them out of the title race.
Brighton & Hove Albion vs Everton: Toffees in trouble
Everton find themselves in the relegation zone with just four games left to play, but they are currently just one point adrift from Leeds United and Leicester City, who both occupy the safety spots above the drop zone.
The Toffees have not won in their last seven Premier League games, so Sean Dyche will know that his side will have to perform much better if they want to beat an in-form Brighton side on Monday afternoon. Failure to do so will make the job to survive that bit tougher.
Manchester City vs Leeds United: Impossible task for Leeds?
Leeds United presently sit outside of the relegation zone, but with arguably the toughest game in the Premier League coming at the weekend, away against Manchester City, they might see themselves slip into the drop zone.
Sam Allardyce had been named as the Leeds manager for the remainder of the season, but it might be too much of an ask for him to guide them to safety as they have City, Newcastle and Tottenham Hotspur in three out of their remaining four fixtures.
With 18 goals conceded in the last five matches, trying to shore up the defence at the Etihad Stadium is Big Sam’s first port of call.
