Victor Ikpeba’s EPL Picks

There are a host of high-stakes English Premier fixtures happening this weekend, with all of the country’s top sides in action as they look to make their way up the league table as we approach the end of the season.

We spoke to Bet9ja Ambassador Victor Ikpeba ahead of the games for his exclusive take on the matches, along with who he favours in each of them, including Sunday’s crunch fixture between Liverpool and Manchester City.

You can bet on over 200 markets per match here at Bet9ja this weekend!

Manchester United vs Everton – Victor’s pick: 1-1

Manchester United are in a terrible run of form at the moment and will be reeling after a poor performance in the derby last week. Everton haven’t been much better themselves recently – I see this one ending as a draw.

Crystal Palace vs Luton –  Victor’s pick: 2-1

Palace are playing well under their new manager and were unlucky to not get at least a point against Spurs last week. I think they’ll have too much for Luton.

Bournemouth vs Sheffield United – Victor’s pick: 2-0

Sheffield United were absolutely terrible against Arsenal on Monday and look an absolute certainty to go down. I see Bournemouth taking this one easily

Wolves vs Fulham – Victor’s pick: 1-1

Wolves have been great this season, but came unstuck against Newcastle United last weekend. Fulham performed well against Brighton – I think Wolves’ home advantage will see them take a point here.

Arsenal vs Brentford – Victor’s pick: 3-0

Brentford haven’t looked like the team that we know they can play like recently, and Arsenal have been in the best form out of anyone in the Premier League. I see a straightforward win for Arsenal here.

Aston Villa vs Tottenham Hotspur – Victor’s pick: 1-2

This is a big fixture in the race for the top four – Spurs have found a way to grind out results recently and I can see them nicking a win at Villa Park despite how good the home side have been this season.

West Ham vs Burnley: Victor’s pick: 3-1

Burnley are another side that look destined for the drop, and West Ham are going to want to put their European defeat behind them in style. The Hammers will win this one in my opinion.

Brighton vs Nottingham Forest Victor’s pick: 0-1

Brighton haven’t been in great form recently – Forest on the other hand were extremely unlucky to not take a point from their match against Liverpool. I see the away side taking this one.

Liverpool vs Manchester City: Victor’s pick: 1-2

This is a huge fixture. It is so hard to bet against Liverpool at Anfield but Man City have the bit between their teeth at the moment. I think they’ll nick this one by a goal.

Chelsea vs Newcastle: Victor’s pick: 1-2

Both sides have been extremely inconsistent this season, but Chelsea’s ability to lose matches that they should win has been nothing short of mindblowing. Newcastle by one in my opinion!
