The quarter-finals of the FA Cup took place over the weekend, and we take a deeper look at the semi-final draw and the updated odds for the outright winner of the competition.
It was a thrilling weekend of action from the world’s oldest competition to prove the cup magic is still very much alive.
Coventry City booked themselves a place in the semi-final after they miraculously came back from a goal behind against English Premier League outfit Wolverhampton Wanderers, with an equaliser in the 97th minute and then a dramatic winner in the 100th minute.
While Manchester United scored a late equaliser against Liverpool to take the game to extra time, and then scored a winner via Amad Diallo in the 120th minute to secure his side a place in the semi-finals.

EFL Championship side Coventry booked themselves a place at Wembley in the semi-final where they will match up against 12 time winners of the competition Manchester United.
The Championship side will certainly come into this match as underdogs, but Mark Robins will have confidence after his team have already overcome a Premier League side in the previous round and in a one off game, he will know that anything can happen. Man Utd can salvage their season by winning the FA Cup, with a big possibility of meeting Man City in the final once again.

Manchester City v Chelsea
Reigning champions of the FA Cup Manchester City will match up against Chelsea in the other semi-final at Wembley, and after falling short at the final hurdle in the EFL Cup, Mauricio Pochettino will be keen on reaching another final.
With Manchester City being in the later stages of the UEFA Champions League and in a nail biting title race, Pep Guardiola might be looking at the FA Cup as a competition where he can rotate his team, which could certainly play into the London sides favour in terms of progressing into the final. The last time these two met at this stage, Chelsea came up on top and are currently priced up at 6.70 to repeat that feat.
