FPL GW6: Who to Pick (3-4-3)
GK: David Raya (£5.5m)
Arsenal’s No.1 remains one of the safest goalkeeper picks. Sitting among the top four highest-scoring keepers in FPL, Raya already has three clean sheets and faces Newcastle this weekend – a side with one of the league’s lower xG tallies.
DF: Michael Keane (£4.5m)
Looking for a budget defender? Keane’s aerial threat makes him stand out, especially against a West Ham side that has conceded the most set-piece goals this season. Add in his knack for defensive contribution points and he’s a solid cut-price option.
DF: Jurrien Timber (£5.8m)
Timber has quietly outscored Gabriel so far, with two goals, an assist, and clean sheets to his name. At £0.3m cheaper, he offers great value as Arsenal aim to keep Newcastle at bay.
DF: Micky van de Ven (£4.7m)
Spurs’ defensive leader has three clean sheets already and even chipped in with a goal. With Wolves struggling to find the net, Van de Ven looks nailed for returns this weekend.
MF: Jeremy Doku (£6.4m)
Two assists in GW4 underlined Doku’s creative spark, and he’s starting regularly in Pep Guardiola’s rotation. City face Burnley at home – a fixture that should give the Belgian plenty of space to run riot down the right wing.
MF: Bruno Fernandes (£9.0m)
The heartbeat of Manchester United’s attack, Bruno offers penalty duties, creativity, and high defensive contribution points. United travel to Brentford, who have looked shaky in midfield, the perfect setup for a big return.
MF: Iliman Ndiaye (£6.5m)
Ndiaye has delivered returns every week since GW2. On penalties and nailed for minutes, the £6.5m midfielder is proving to be great value. His consistency makes him one of the safest mid-price midfield options right now.

MF: Phil Foden (£8.0m)
After a 12-point haul against Manchester United, Foden looks ready to explode again. He faces Burnley at the Etihad – a side that has conceded a league-high 96 shots already this season. A differential captain pick?
FW: Richarlison (£6.7m)
The Brazilian has attacking returns in three of his last four starts and is thriving as Spurs’ main man up front. Against Wolves, who are yet to keep a clean sheet this season, Richarlison could strike again.
FW: Erling Haaland (£14.3m)
A no-brainer. Even with slight injury doubts, Haaland has to be included. Burnley at home is a fixture he could feast on, and his ownership makes him too risky to ignore.
FW: Alexander Isak (£10.5m)
After bagging his first goal for the club in midweek, Isak could get his big chance to start in the league with Hugo Ekitike suspended against Crystal Palace.
