The season is shaping up and teams’ objectives are now obvious.

For this weekend, we will dive into the different markets & pick the best odds.

The selections for the weekend are below!

Frankfurt vs St. Pauli

Frankfurt were heading for a critical 2-1 away win against Freiburg in gameweek seven before they drew.

St. Pauli were level with Hoffenheim at half-time last Sunday, but Kiezkicker conceded three times in the final 40 minutes in a humbling home defeat.

PREDICTION: Frankfurt to win either half at 1.36

Dortmund vs Cologne

Bayern won comprehensively against Dortmund in the Klassiker and they need to return to winning ways in the league. Die Schwarzgelben have now dropped seven points off the pace in the title fight after failing to win back-to-back league games.

Koln face a tougher opponent this Saturday but they’ve started the season well for a newly promoted side, with 11 points from seven matches.

PREDICTION: Dortmund to win at 1.44

Bilbao vs Getafe

Athletic Club have endured an inconsistent start to the campaign, winning just once in their previous five games. A win could see them climb to third if results go their way.

Getafe are on a tricky run, failing to win in their previous five matches. After a strong start to the campaign, Getafe have began slipping down the table in La Liga.

PREDICTION: Bilbao to win either half at 1.38

Monaco vs Toulouse

Monaco are without a win in their previous three games, drawing two and losing one.

Toulouse have started to turn things around, winning their previous two matches. That included an impressive 2-1 victory away at Lyon, alongside a 4-0 thumping over Metz.

In the last meeting back in March, the two sides couldn’t be separated in a 1-1 draw.

PREDICTION: Both teams to score or Over 2.5 Goals at 1.33

AZ Alkmaar vs FC Utrecht

AZ’s 2–0 victory at the Johan Cruyff Arena last weekend was as much about control as it was about statement.

Utrecht’s progress has been steady rather than spectacular. Their 3–1 win over Volendam last weekend was a necessary corrective after a run of three without victory.

This fixture, traditionally unpredictable, now feels like a test of balance.

PREDICTION: AZ to win either half at 1.30

Augsburg vs RB Leipzig

Augsburg were held over the past weekend against Cologne but they’ve not started the season well.

Unfortunately for Fuggerstädter, their visitors are in fine form. Christoph Baumgartner’s brace sealed a 2-1 home win against Hamburg in gameweek seven, meaning RB Leipzig have dropped just two points from their last six Bundesliga outings ahead of the trip to the WWK Arena.

PREDICTION: Both teams to score or Over 2.5 Goals at 1.23

Go Ahead Eagles vs Excelsior

Two sides separated by a single point but travelling in different emotional directions meet in Deventer on Sunday evening, as Go Ahead Eagles host Excelsior Rotterdam.

Excelsior, under Ruben den Uil, travel north with renewed confidence after their 1–0 victory over Fortuna Sittard ended a run of three straight defeats.

Statistically and historically, this fixture tilts toward the hosts. Go Ahead have lost just one of their last nine home meetings with Excelsior in all competitions

PREDICTION: Go Ahead Eagles to win either half at 1.37

Twente vs Ajax

The history between these clubs is heavily one-sided – Ajax have lost only 22 of 115 Eredivisie meetings with Twente and have avoided defeat in 37 of their last 41 league games overall.

Recent form suggests this could follow a familiar pattern: Twente enter having conceded in 13 straight Eredivisie matches, while Ajax have failed to keep a clean sheet in eight.

There should be goals in this game.

PREDICTION: Both teams to score or Over 2.5 Goals at 1.50
