SATURDAY 4 APRIL
BAYER LEVERKUSEN VS WOLFSBURG
Leverkusen are unbeaten in their last five games with only one defeat in their last ten games, and will be hoping to continue that good form when they host Wolfsburg, who are on a ten-match winless run and facing relegation battles.
Twelve of the last thirteen matches between the two teams have seen an average of 13 goals, and with Wolfsburg leaky defence, which has conceded 37 goals in their last ten games, it looks like a streak that is likely to continue.
PREDICTION – Over 2.5 goals @ 1.43 odds
MÖNCHENGLADBACH VS HEIDENHEIM
Gladbach are unbeaten in their last three matches and will be hoping to win three consecutive home games for the first time this season when they host relegation-bound Heidenheim, who are winless in their last 14 games.
Heidenheim conceded a league high of sixty-three goals this season, while five of the last six home games involving Gladbach have seen both teams score.
PREDICTION- Both teams to score @ 1.64 odds
FREIBURG VS BAYERN MUNICH
Freiburg are unbeaten in their last five games but face an uphill task when they host an unbeaten Bayern Munich, who are cruising to another league title and are yet to lose to the hosts in their last 22 matches.
The Bavarians have scored a league record of ninety-seven goals this season, and with their recent record against the hosts, they will be hoping to hit the hundred-goal mark in this game.
PREDICTION – Bayern Munich to score in both halves @ 1.43 odds
MALLORCA VS REAL MADRID
Mallorca are fighting for relegation with one win in their last seven matches and faces a huge task when they host title-challenging Real Madrid, who are on a four-match winning run as they look to close the gap to the top of the table.
Los Blancos have won five of the last meetings between the two sides, and with their winning run and league challenge, it looks like a streak that is likely to continue.
PREDICTION – Real Madrid to win (2up) @ 1.54 odds
PSV VS UTRECHT
PSV are close to winning the title, but their current run of form has given teams a chance to fight for the title as they have won only two of their last five games and will hope to improve on that when they face an inform Utrecht, who have won four of their last five games.
The last five matches between both teams have seen an average of three goals per match, while the last five matches involving the home team have seen both teams scoring, and with PSV’s defence, it looks like a game that will see a lot of goals.
PREDICTION – Over 2.5 goals @ 1.40 odds
WERDER BREMEN VS RB LEIPZIG
Relegation-threatened Bremen have picked up form in recent weeks with three wins in their last four matches, which sees them four points above the relegation zone, and they will be hoping to continue that when they host Leipzig, who have the same record in their last four games.
Bremen have conceded ten goals in their last four matches at home, while the last six matches involving Leipzig have seen at least three goals, so with the hosts’ leaky defence, it looks like a match of goals galore.
PREDICTION – Over 2.5 goals @ 1.46 odds
SUNDAY 5 APRIL
ATLETICO MADRID VS BARCELONA
Atletico Madrid have won four of their last five league games and will hope to continue that winning run when they host Barcelona, who are on a six-match winning run at the Wanda Metropolitano.
Diego Simeone’s side have scored in the last five meetings between both teams, while seven of the last eight matches involving Barcelona have seen both teams score, which makes this fixture another goals galore.
PREDICTION – Both teams to score @ 1.43 odds
INTER MILAN VS AS ROMA
Inter Milan are on a poor run of form with one win in their last six matches, and will be hoping to improve that run when they host AS Roma, who are also on a similar run of form at the San Siro
The table toppers have seen an average of two goals in their last seven matches, while the last five matches involving both teams have seen at least three goals, and with their run of form, goals should not be an issue.
PREDICTION – Over 1.5 goals @ 1.29 odds
