As we enter the last weekend of top leagues in Europe, We pick the games with key importance as we round off the season.

The selections for the weekend are below!

Liverpool vs Brentford

Liverpool need just a point, and even a defeat might be enough, to qualify for the Champions League, but it’s been a campaign to forget for the 2024-2025 champions.

Just one victory from their last nine games means Brentford head into the final game of the season needing to better the results of either Brighton or Chelsea to qualify for Europe.

The Bees have lost all four previous top-flight trips to Liverpool without scoring.

PREDICTION: Liverpool to win either halves at 1.40

Tottenham vs Everton

It all comes down to this for Roberto De Zerbi’s Tottenham, who must avoid defeat against Everton or face being relegated from the Premier League.

Everton’s late collapse against Sunderland last weekend means they cannot qualify for Europe, and David Moyes heads to Tottenham with his former club, West Ham hoping he will do them a massive favour.

The Toffees have only won once at Tottenham since November 2008.

PREDICTION: Spurs to win either halves at 1.45

Man City vs Aston Villa

Manchester City’s title ended with a draw against Bournemouth. But it still promises to be a day of celebration at the Etihad with this game Pep Guardiola’s last in charge of City with the Spaniard expected to announce his departure.

Aston Villa might have had a tough second half of the season, but they clinched Champions League football after beating Liverpool last Friday before winning the Europa League on Wednesday.

Unai Emery is likely to make wholesale changes with very little riding on their trip to Manchester.

PREDICTION: Over 2.5 Goals at 1.31

Burnley vs Wolves

Burnley will be looking to end what has been a miserable season with a first home win for seven months following a desperate run of results in front of their own fans.

Wolves have sat at the foot of the Premier League table for all-but one week this campaign, but a rare three points would see them leapfrog Burnley and finish 19th.

The Midlands club have collected just five points from a possible 54 on their travels.

PREDICTION: Over 2. Goals at 1.21

Lazio vs Pisa

Neither side have anything to play for with Lazio unable to gatecrash the European places and with Pisa already relegated to Serie B next season.

Pisa are on a horrendous run, they have now lost their last eight matches and twelve of their last thirteen.

Lazio are unbeaten in their last six matches against Pisa – winning two and drawing four.

PREDICTION: Lazio to win at 1.58

Real Betis vs Levante

Real Betis have guaranteed their place in the Champions League for next season with a fifth-place finish secured.

Levante have won four of their last six games, but they’re still under the threat of relegation. They sit two points above 18th-place Girona heading into the final game.

When these two sides last met back in September, a 2-2 draw was played out.

PREDICTION: Real Betis to win either halves at 1.58

Real Madrid vs Athletic Club

Real Madrid’s season is over as they sit in second place, unable to catch Barcelona, while Villarreal can’t reach them.

Athletic Club have endured a difficult season, but they can still qualify for Europe.

The last time these two sides met earlier in the season, Real Madrid secured a 3-0 victory away from home. Real Madrid have won four of the last five meetings, conceding just twice during that period.

PREDICTION: Real Madrid to win either halves at 1.24

Ajax vs FC Utrecht

Ajax and FC Utrecht meet on Sunday, with the final UEFA Conference League qualifying place at stake and significant pressure on both clubs after turbulent campaigns.

For Ajax, this fixture has become as much about damage limitation as opportunity.

Utrecht, meanwhile, arrive with momentum and considerably less pressure.

The contrast in styles should make for an intriguing contest. Ajax will dominate possession and attempt to control territory through their midfield rotations and wide combinations.

PREDICTION: GG or Over 2.5 Goals at 1.22

COMBINED ODDS = 5FQXH3J
