Manchester United picked up their first victory of the season in style, with Bruno Fernandes scoring a hat-trick in a 5-2 win over Ipswich, while Liverpool are still searching for their first victory after a second consecutive 2-2 draw.
Elsewhere, Newcastle earned an impressive 2-0 victory away at Tottenham, who despite all their summer spending remain without a point or goal.
