Lookman rejects Arsenal
Ademola Lookman has turned down a move to Arsenal as he waits for Inter Milan. The Atalanta forward has handed in a transfer request and has not attended training in recent days, with reports claiming he has a personal agreement in place with Inter. Arsenal were prepared to pay around £45m, but Atalanta want at least £43.3m from the Nerazzurri. The Nigerian international is determined to join last season’s Champions League runners-up.
Samsunspor eye Iheanacho
After missing out on Chuba Akpom, Turkish side Samsunspor are targeting Kelechi Iheanacho. The Sevilla striker struggled in La Liga last season before a loan spell at Middlesbrough. Samsunspor face competition from Besiktas and Pumas UNAM, while Sevilla are open to a sale to free up a squad slot. With the new season starting in three days, Iheanacho’s future remains unresolved as he looks for regular football to reignite his career and boost his Super Eagles chances.

Manchester City target Rodrygo
Manchester City are weighing up a move for Real Madrid forward Rodrygo as they prepare for multiple attacking departures. With Jack Grealish already gone and both James McAtee and Savinho available to leave, Pep Guardiola has identified Rodrygo as a dream target. The City boss is a long-time admirer of the Brazilian, and Real Madrid are understood to be open to a sale if the player wishes to move. An offer in the region of £86m would be required to secure his signature.
Chelsea join race for Donnarumma
Chelsea have joined Manchester United in the chase for Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma. The 26-year-old could leave for around £26m as PSG look to move him on after signing Lucas Chevalier. Donnarumma, who is out of contract next summer, would prefer a move to the Premier League.

AS Roma have made an enquiry for Jadon Sancho, with United valuing him between £17m and £22m. Juventus are also interested but must offload Nico Gonzalez before making a move. Sancho spent last season on loan at Chelsea, where he registered seven goal contributions in 31 league games.
