Bryan Mbeumo – Brentford to Manchester United
Manchester United have already added Matheus Cunha to their attacking roster, and they are now eyeing Brentford star Bryan Mbeumo, who scored 20 goals and registered seven assists in the league last term.
The Red Devils have already had one bid of up to £55m rejected, but have now returned with an improved bid of £60m, and with negotiations ongoing between the two clubs, this transfer looks likely to happen in the coming weeks.
Jamie Gittens – Borussia Dortmund to Chelsea
Jamie Gittens was extremely close to joining Chelsea ahead of the Club World Cup, having reportedly agreed personal terms before negotiations between the clubs were unable to be settled before the deadline.
Chelsea are supposedly still interested in the Borussia Dortmund winger, and the deal seems certain to happen this month.
Martin Zubimendi – Real Sociedad to Arsenal
Martin Zubimendi has been heavily linked with a move to Arsenal since last summer, and with the midfielder reportedly in London to finalise personal terms, the Real Sociedad man looks set to join the Gunners in the coming days.
Igor Jesus – Botafogo to Nottingham Forest
Igor Jesus is one of two Botafogo players that appear set to join Nottingham Forest in the coming weeks, alongside central defender Jair, with negotiations between the two clubs reportedly close to being finalised.
The Botafogo duo have impressed in the early stages of the Club World Cup, including Jesus scoring the winner against UEFA Champions League winners Paris Saint-Germain, and both look set to link up with the Premier League outfit after the competition’s conclusion.
