Harry Kane vs. Eintracht Frankfurt 

After suffering a heavy 5-1 loss on the road to Atlético Madrid in midweek, Eintracht Frankfurt must be dreading the visit of red-hot Bayern Munich, and star striker Harry Kane. 

Regardless of the result, fans can certainly expect goals to flow. Frankfurt are currently the second-highest scoring team in the Bundesliga with 17 goals, a tally only surpassed by Bayern’s tally of 21. 

Kane himself is in sensational form. Kylian Mbappe vs. Villarreal

Erling Haaland vs. Brentford 

Manchester City were forced to settle for a point against Monaco in the Champions League on Wednesday night, but the clear highlight of the game was the two expertly taken goals from Erling Haaland. The Norwegian goal machine is on a ridiculous run, even by his own standards, and has now scored 11 goals in just 8 games for City this season. 

Pep Guardiola’s men defeated Burnley 5-1 in their last league outing, and despite being away from home, are firm favourites to take all three points against Brentford this weekend.  

City currently sit five points off leaders Liverpool, and a run of victories could make things very interesting again in the Premier League title race.

Mason Greenwood vs. Metz 

Bottom-of-the-table Metz are still searching for their first win of the season, and their fans would be forgiven for not being optimistic about ending that poor run against an in-form Marseille side. 

Roberto De Zerbi’s men have shaken off a shaky start to the season by reeling off three straight wins. This run began by beating reigning champions Paris Saint-Germain, before Strasbourg and Ajax were also dispatched.

Robert Lewandowski vs. Sevilla 

Barcelona will be eager to bounce back from their heartbreaking Champions League defeat to PSG when they travel to face Sevilla, looking to maintain their lead at the top of the table. The Blaugrana had been unbeaten all season until that midweek loss, but their recent history in this fixture (nine wins, one draw) suggests another victory for Hansi Flick’s men.
