ASSESSING MANCHESTER CITY’S LAST THREE FIXTURES

As we head into the final stages of the Premier League campaign, it is in Manchester City’s hands to claim their fourth consecutive title, so we took a deeper look at their remaining three fixtures.

City currently sit one point behind league leaders Arsenal, but they do have a game in hand over the North London outfit, so it remains City’s to lose.

Vs. Fulham (A), Saturday 11th May

City’s next league fixture is on the road against Fulham on Saturday, who have had a mixed bag in terms of results this season as they currently sit 13th in the league standings.

Pep Guardiola will know that his side will have to be on top of their game in this one, as Fulham beat Arsenal at Craven Cottage 2–1 earlier on in the campaign, so they are certainly capable of an upset.

Although we do not think this one will be straightforward for City, we predict that they will come away with all three points, and at Bet9ja you can get odds of 1.25 for this to happen.

Vs. Tottenham Hotspur (A), Tuesday 14th May

This game is arguably City’s toughest test out of their remaining three games, as Spurs have an outside chance at finishing in the top four and know they have to have a perfect finish to give themselves a chance.

In the reverse fixture earlier on in the season, Spurs picked up a hard-earned point at the Etihad, after Dejan Kulusevski scored a 90th-minute equaliser in a 3-3 draw.

With the current form of the two sides, we believe that the visitors will come away with a win in this one, and you can get odds of 1.44 for this to happen at Bet9ja.

Vs. West Ham United (H), Sunday 19th May

Manchester City’s final game of the season is against West Ham United, who have recently announced that David Moyes will be leaving at the end of the season, so this will be his last game in charge.

The Hammers currently sit ninth place in the Premier League, so are on track to have a better campaign than last term where they finished down in the bottom half of the table at 14th.

We do not see any other result in this one than a comfortable home win, and expect Manchester City to win both halves.
