The relentless winter football schedule is set to roll on this week, with another action-packed round of domestic club competitions unfolding throughout Tuesday. As teams navigate the congested fixture list, we turn our attention to a selection of key matches and pick our top tips and best booking code (odds at time of writing):
Ipswich Town vs Crystal Palace
Liam Delap has made a superb start to life with Ipswich Town this season, netting six times in 14 appearances across all competitions, a brilliant record given Ipswich sit 19th in the Premier League table.
While the striker has failed to score in either of his last two games for Ipswich, against Man United and Nottingham Forest, Delap has had plenty of chances, and we expect that to continue against a Palace side that have been defensively vulnerable this season.
With that, we believe that Delap will get himself back among the goals here.
Liam Delap to score anytime, 3.20
Leicester City vs West Ham
These two sides have struggled to get going in the opening stages of the Premier League campaign, with Leicester sitting 16th in the table with just 10 points from 13 games while West Ham are 14th with 15 points from 13 outings.
Leicester have actually lost five and drawn one of their last six across all competitions, leaving them in dire form heading into this one, and while they will be under new manager Ruud van Nistelrooy, West Ham will certainly still be the favourites for the win.
The Hammers have won two, drawn one and lost two of their last five, and should continue their recently improved run with a win here.

Mallorca vs Barcelona
Barcelona have had a phenomenal start to the 2024/25 season, sitting top of La Liga table with 34 points from 15 games, though Real Madrid do trail them by just a point and have played one game fewer.
The visitors are enduring a rare difficult period in the league in recent games, with Barca having lost two and drawn one of their last three encounters, leaving this as a must-win match if they are to remain at the top of the table.
Mallorca have also made a strong start to the campaign, sitting sixth in the table with 24 points from 15 games, and they have recently recovered from a three-game winless run to win back-to-back matches heading into this one.
Despite Mallorca’s superior form and Barcelona’s recent struggles, the visitors are undoubtedly the favourites to win here, and given their huge goal tally of 43 in 15 games, we believe they will secure a significant win here.
Barcelona to win & over 2.5 goals, 2.27
Bayern Munich vs Bayer Leverkusen
Bayern Munich and Bayer Leverkusen, the reigning champions of the DFB Pokal, are set to come together on Tuesday in a blockbuster fixture in the round of 16 of the cup.
Bayern will be the favourites given they boast the home advantage and are in phenomenal form, having lost just one of their last 11 games across all competitions, while Leverkusen have been extremely inconsistent over the past weeks.
The visitors won just one of six matches before putting together a run of three consecutive wins heading into this one, and while we expect that to boost their confidence and ensure they put up a strong fight against Bayern Munich, the hosts should be the ones to come out on top here.
Bayern Munich to win, 1.65 (90 minutes only)
