Performing on the international stage
Hojlund has already proven at 21-years-old that he can perform on the international stage, after he netted seven times in eight European Championship qualifiers, which will give him great confidence heading into the tournament.

Experience in the English Premier League
The 21-year-old forward was signed by Manchester United from Atalanta for £64million – there was a lot of weight on his shoulders to perform right away and he showed good signs throughout the campaign.
He netted 10 times and chipped in with two assists in 30 Premier League games, 25 of which were starts, so he now has valuable experience of playing at the highest level under his belt, which will be key at the Euros.
Impressive in big competitions
Hojlund has proven that he is not fazed by the big stage, scoring five times in six UEFA Champions League games, which is promising for the Denmark faithful heading into a major competition.
The young forward not only displayed his goal scoring threat in these games against some of the best players in the world, but also his ability to hold the ball up and link play, which earned him an average WhoScored rating of 7.08. He will be key to Denmark’s chances of repeating a the successful Euro 2020 campaign of reaching the semi-finals.
