The games continue to come thick and fast across Europe’s top leagues, with the contenders now firmly separated from the pretenders.
We are still dropping winning codes for our Bet9ja community and this weekend is no different as we shift our attention from goalscorer bets to the ‘over 2.5 goals’ market.
Yes, football is all about goals and some of our favourite teams are scoring at a higher rate than ever this season.
Ahead of this weekend’s action, we have put together well-researched tips on five games with the highest potential of featuring at least three goals (odds at time of writing).
Tottenham vs Liverpool
When you talk about goals, you talk about Tottenham. Ange Postecoglou’s men may be 10th in the standings, but they have scored the second most goals (36), and have kept two clean sheets in their last 10 games. In fact, ‘over 2.5 goals’ has landed in 11 of their last 13 home games, and their defensive troubles will certainly be exposed by an explosive Liverpool attack.
The Reds have had a stumble in recent weeks but are still top of the table and will be determined to hold on to that spot. They are unbeaten in their last 20 games (W17, D3), and have scored 2+ goals in 11 of their previous 12 games.

West Ham vs Brighton
West Ham have been pretty bad this season but the pressure on manager Julen Lopetegui has cooled in recent weeks simply because other teams have been way worse.
However, our main focus this weekend is the goals market, and I’m confident we can get at least three goals from their home clash against Brighton.
The Hammers can’t defend to save their lives as evidenced by their record of two clean sheets in 15 games, and Brighton are even worse with one clean sheet in 15 games, which is the perfect recipe for a goal fest.
We are unlikely to see a clean sheet here, and there should be goals.

PSV vs Feyenoord
Eredivisie leaders PSV host Feyenoord this weekend, looking to consolidate their six-point lead at the top of the table. Both teams have scored for fun this season, with PSV scoring the most goals in the division (56), while Feyenoord have the second-most goals (40).
The hosts are coming off an impressive 8-0 win against HFC in the KNVB Beker, and over 2.5 goals has landed in eight of their last 10 home games.
Feyenoord should also add to the spectacle, with five of their last six games producing at least three goals.

Wolfsburg vs Dortmund
Up next is a trip to the Bundesliga, where mid-table Wolfsburg take on Borussia Dortmund. Both sides have been underwhelming this season, with Dortmund, in particular, sitting in 8th place in the league standings, 5 points off the Champions League places.
Nuri Sahin’s men are winless in four games and will be keen to end that barren run against a Wolfsburg team that was flying before last weekend’s 3-2 defeat to Freiburg.
Over 2.5 goals has landed in five of Wolfsburg’s last six games, and Dortmund have only failed to score once in all competitions this season. We believe there will be goals here.

Manchester United vs Bournemouth
Ruben Amorim’s arrival has certainly changed the mood around Old Trafford. Last weekend’s derby day win over Manchester City was testament to their new-found mentality.
The new man has been in charge for seven games now, and there have been at least three goals in six of those matches, highlighting his love for free-flowing football.
United are even more open at home, with their last three home games producing 14 goals. We don’t expect this game to be much different.
Bournemouth, on the other hand, have failed to score just once in their last 12 games. Furthermore, the last five meetings between both sides have produced 15 goals, and we believe that pattern will continue here.
