Goal A – Julian Alvarez vs Wolves

Manchester City fell to defeat for the first time in the league this season with a below-par performance against Wolverhampton Wanderers, but it wasn’t without a moment of magic from Argentinean Julian Alvarez.

Tasked with the set piece duties in the absence of Kevin De Bruyne, Alvarez whipped a perfect free kick into the top corner of Jose Sa’s net to put City level before Wolves clinched the result later on in the game.

Goal B – Joachim Andersen vs Manchester United

Crystal Palace’s Joachim Andersen has long been considered one of the more reliable centre backs in the Premier League, with his quality on show in the opposition’s box at Old Trafford.

United failed to clear a cross from the right wing and Andersen pounced – sending a sensational half volley past Andre Onana to give Palace the three points.

Goal C – Miguel Almiron vs Burnley

Miguel Almiron’s trademark runs down the right wing have become a staple of Newcastle United’s play since he joined the club, and over the last year he’s started to produce end product to match.

The Magpies won the ball back deep in the Burnley half before the Paraguayan cut inside onto his left foot, sending a stunning curling shot into the top corner to send them on their way to Victory.

Goal D – Jarrod Bowen vs Sheffield United

Only Erling Haaland and Heung-Min Son have scored more league goals than Jarrod Bowen this season, with his clinical finishing a large part of The Hammer’s success.

West Ham cruised to victory on Saturday, with some superb passing sending Vladimir Coufal clear on the right. His pull back was right into Bowen’s path, who in turn slotted into the bottom corner

Goal E – Jacob Ramsey vs Brighton

Jacob Ramsey has struggled with injuries so far this season, but made a great impact for Aston Villa as they smashed Brighton and Hove Albion 6-1 at Villa Park.

Picking the ball up on the edge of the box, the English youngster cut in and placed a beautiful shot into the far corner of the net, clipping the post on the way in.
