Nottingham Forest vs Chelsea
In one of several highly-important clashes, Nottingham Forest will host Chelsea in a match up that both will be desperate to win, with UEFA Champions League football potentially on the line.
The hosts would require a victory and one of Aston Villa or Newcastle to lose, but with no wins in their last four home outings, they are in far from ideal form heading into the clash with a Chelsea team that have won six and lost just one of their last seven outings.
Given this contrast in form, we believe Chelsea will secure the victory and ensure their Champions League qualification.

Newcastle United vs Everton
Alexander Isak has had a sensational 2024/25 season, scoring 27 goals in 41 appearances across all competitions, including three goals in his last five matches for the club. The striker also has experience scoring against the Toffees, netting the opening goal in their 1-1 draw when Everton last visited St James’ Park in 2023/24.
While Everton have been strong defensively since the return of David Moyes, the hosts will be extremely attacking as they aim to ensure Champions League qualification, and expect Isak to get on the scoresheet.

Manchester United vs Aston Villa
Manchester United head into this clash off the back of a dismal 1-0 defeat to Tottenham Hotspur in the Europa League final, while they are only playing to avoid a 17th-placed finish in the Premier League.
In comparison, Aston Villa have won all of their last three Premier League outings, keeping clean sheets in each, and will be eager to secure all three points to potentially secure Champions League football – needing a win and Chelsea, Newcastle or Man City to drop points or a draw and one of the three to lose.
The Villans have failed to defeat Manchester United in any of their last five meetings, with four losses and one draw, but given the huge contrast in the two teams’ league seasons and performances and what’s a stake, then Villa are obvious favourites here.

Fulham vs Manchester City
Manchester City will take on a Fulham side that are now unable to qualify for any European football after Brighton’s win against Liverpool last week, and the Citizens will be aiming to capitalise on that as they battle for Champions League football.
The visitors are two points ahead of sixth-placed Aston Villa and three ahead of Nottingham Forest, with a much better goal difference, meaning as long as they avoid defeat they should secure a top-five finish.
However, Pep Guardiola will want his team to secure their own fate with a victory, and given Fulham’s lack of motivation with nothing left to play for, we expect the visitors to dominate and win the game comfortably.
