For Real Betis, they are aiming for their first major trophy since lifting the Copa del Rey in April 2022, while it would also become the club’s first European silverware

Real Betis vs Chelsea
Wednesday 28 May, 20:00
Tarczynski Arena Wroclaw
Real Betis looked unlikely to secure any European football as they placed 11th in La Liga on matchday 23, but a superb run toward the end of the season lifted them into the Europa League places.
Betis lost only two of their last 14 La Liga fixtures to finish sixth, with nine wins and five draws, while they have lost only one of their last 10 matches across all competitions – a run that has been massively influenced by the recent brilliance of Isco and Antony.
Their form also improved in this competition, as an underwhelming league phase campaign saw them 15th in the table with only three wins, one draw and two defeats – a far cry from the side that has now marched to within one step of the trophy.
Betis beat Gent 3-1 on aggregate in the play-off round, Vitoria SC 6-2 on aggregate in the round of 16, Jagiellonia Bialystok 3-1 on aggregate in the quarter-finals and Fiorentina 4-3 in the semi-finals.
As for Chelsea, the Blues have less riding on the result after securing Champions League football with a fourth-placed finish in the Premier League table, but they will still be eager to take home the trophy.
A victory for Chelsea would see them become the first club to have lifted all of the active UEFA competitions, having previously triumphed in the Champions League and Europa League, meaning history and a trophy is up for grabs.
The Blues have been the dominant force in this competition and will be favourites for the victory, winning all six group stage matches and only losing one of their knockout stage fixtures – a 2-1 loss to Legia Warsaw in the second leg of their 4-2 aggregate victory.
Their form has returned at the perfect time for this final, with Chelsea enduring a slightly difficult period earlier in the campaign before ending the term with seven wins in the last eight matches across all competitions.

Team News
Real Betis will be without Diego Llorente, Hector Bellerin, Marc Roca and Chimy Avila for this clash due to on-going injury issues, while Fran Vieites, Giovani Lo Celso and Youssouf Sabaly are all doubts.
Betis will be reliant on Isco and Antony continuing their magic if they are to win the trophy, with the Spaniard scoring 12 and assisting 10 this season, while the Brazilian has scored nine and assisted five in 25 matches since joining on loan in January.
As for Chelsea, Wesley Fofana, Christopher Nkunku, Marc Guiu, David Datro Fofana, Omari Kellyman and Mykhaylo Mudryk are all unavailable due to injury and suspension.
In the absence of Nkunku and Guiu – Chelsea’s top scorers in this competition – Nicolas Jackson could come into the starting 11, leading an attacking quartet of Noni Madueke, Cole Palmer and Jadon Sancho.
Real Betis Predicted XI: Adrian; Sabaly, Bartra, Natan, Rodriguez; Fornals, Cardoso; Antony, Isco, Ezzalzouli; Bakambu
Chelsea Predicted XI: Jorgensen; James, Adarabioyo, Colwill, Cucurella; Fernandez, Caicedo; Madueke, Palmer, Sancho; Jackson
Bet9ja Tips
The final showdown in the Conference League should provide plenty of entertainment, with the recent brilliance of Real Betis clashing with the consistent Conference League favourites Chelsea.
While Betis have been superb in the closing stages of the season, with Isco and Antony particularly impressive, the Blues have lost just one match in the Conference League this season, and we believe they will prove too much for Betis as they claim the trophy. You can get odds for Chelsea to win inside 90 minutes of 1.92 at Bet9ja.
In the absence of top-scorers Nkunku and Guiu, Chelsea are likely to start Palmer and Jackson in attack, and though the former’s form has taken a dip in the second half of the season, we expect Chelsea’s talisman to score in this one and lead them to victory.
Betis have conceded 12 Conference League goals, while Chelsea have scored a massive 38 times in this competition, leading us to expect more than one goal in Chelsea’s favour in this final. With this in mind, you can get odds for Chelsea to win & over 1.5 goals at 2.86.
