There is a wealth of talented youngsters in the English Premier League, and every season several burst onto the scene.
We have seen many young talents such as Bukayo Saka and Phil Foden emerge into some of the best players in England and next term we are likely to see further youngsters progress through the ranks.
Here, we take a look at the five best youngsters to watch for the 2023/24 EPL season.
Evan Ferguson, 18, Brighton & Hove Albion
Evan Ferguson had an excellent campaign last season for Brighton & Hove Albion where he scored six goals in 19 Premier League games.
With Danny Welbeck turning 33-years-old this year, Roberto De Zerbi might look to the young Irishman as a regular starter where can really showcase his talent.
Jesurun Rak-Sakyi, 20, Crystal Palace
Wilfried Zaha has recently turned down a new contract offer from Crystal Palace but the Eagles have a youngster within their ranks who could be an adequate replacement.
Rak-Sakyi spent last season on loan in League One with Charlton where he picked up their Player of the Year award after finding the back of the net 15 times and chipping in with eight assists.
Elliot Anderson, 20, Newcastle United
Elliot Anderson impressed last term for Newcastle United in what was a successful campaign for the Magpies as they qualified for the UEFA Champions League.
The English youngster played a sporadic role last season, but with Champions League commitments, he might be given more regular game time due to the extra games they will be playing.
Stefan Bajcetic,18, Liverpool
Liverpool had a season below par last term but one of the main positives for Jurgen Klopp to take from the lacklustre campaign was the development of 18-year-old Stefan Bajcetic.
The Spaniard featured 11 times in the league, but with the departures of several midfielders already this summer, he could play a vital role for the Reds next term.
Cameron Archer, 21, Aston Villa
Archer spent the second half of last season on loan in the EFL Championship with Middlesbrough where he found the back of the net 11 times and contributed with six assists, in just 20 league matches.
The young forward was the main man up top for England Under-21s at the recent Euros where he helped his side win the competition, so he could be handed a regular place in the first-team squad for Aston Villa next term and showcase his talent.
