GK – Mark Flekken (Brentford, 6.99)
The Brentford goalkeeper impressed throughout the campaign, making 4.20 saves per 90 minutes with an impressive save percentage of 73.6% – ranking among the top 12% of all goalkeepers in the Premier League this season.
Furthermore, his ability on the ball was vital in Brentford’s style of play, making 9.29 accurate long balls per 90 minutes – ranking in the top seven percent of goalkeepers in the division.
RB – Daniel Munoz (Crystal Palace, 7.11)
Munoz was the standout right-back in the league this season, not only producing superb performances in the league but also helping Crystal Palace remarkably lift the FA Cup trophy – marking the club’s first major trophy in their history.
In the league, Munoz ranked in the top five per cent of all right backs for goals, expected goals and shots on target throughout the season, showing the attacking ability that the defender has. Furthermore, no right back won more than his 80 tackles and 221 duels this campaign, while he also made an impressive 44 interceptions and 171 recoveries.
CB – James Tarkowski (Everton, 7.09)
Tarkowski was a mountain in defence for Everton this season, helping the Toffees in boasting the joint-fourth best defensive record in the league with just 44 goals conceded in 38 league matches.
The defender ranks in the top 10% of all central defenders for duels won, duels won%, aerial duels won, aerial duels% and accurate long balls per 90 minutes in the league this term.
CB – Virgil van Dijk (Liverpool, 7.07)
Premier League-winning captain Van Dijk is the first Liverpool player in this list, with the central defender producing yet another sensational campaign that cements his place amongst the list of greatest players in the leagues history.
Van Dijk was key at helping Liverpool build from the back, making 72.4 successful passes per 90 minutes, while also ranking highly in every defensive aspect as the Champions dominated the division.
LB – Antonee Robinson (Fulham, 7.07)
Robinson was exceptional for Fulham in both defence and attack this season, including making the most assists (10) of any full-back in the Premier League this season.
In addition, Robinson made 61 tackles, won 203 duels and 62 interceptions – ranking among the top two per cent of all left-backs in the league.
CM – Declan Rice (Arsenal, 7.09)
Despite failing to help Arsenal bridge the gap to the Premier League title, Rice had another sensational campaign for the Gunners.
Rice scored four and assisted seven, highlighting his attacking strength, while also dominating defensively at times with 156 recoveries and 20 possession wins in the opposition final third, showcasing his pressing ability that is key to the way Arsenal play.

CM – Bruno Fernandes (Manchester United, 7.20)
Fernandes may have captained the worst Manchester United team in Premier League history, but the midfielder was certainly not at fault for their shortcomings, producing a wonderful individual campaign.
Playing from a deeper position, Fernandes still managed eight goals and 10 assists in the league, while ranking in the top three per cent of all midfielders for successful passes, accurate long balls, touches, and recoveries per 90 minutes.
AM – Cole Palmer (Chelsea, 7.33)
Palmer’s form may have dipped in the latter stages of the campaign, but 15 goals and eight assists still deserves a position in the Premier League team of the season.
The attacking midfielder led Chelsea to a return to the top four, securing Champions League football, and ranks amongst the top 10% of all attacking midfielders in every shooting and passing statistic imaginable.
RW – Mohamed Salah (Liverpool, 7.61)
Salah – record breaker and phenomenon.
The Egyptian won the Premier League Golden Boot (29 goals), the Playmaker of the Season (18 assists) and broke the record for the most combined goals and assists in a 38-game season (67 contributions).
These accolades saw Salah become the first player to win the Golden Boot, Golden Playmaker and Player of the Season awards in a single campaign – one of the greatest individual seasons in the history of the league.
ST – Erling Haaland (Manchester City, 7.32)
It may not have been Haaland’s greatest season in a Manchester City shirt, but the striker was still the standout performer in the striker position.
Haaland scored 22 goals and got three assists in 31 league appearances, with no striker in the division registering more goals, shots or shots on target throughout the entire season.
LW – Matheus Cunha (Wolverhampton Wanderers, 7.32)
Cunha served as Wolverhampton Wanderers’ talisman as the Old Gold made a late surge away from the drop zone and secured their Premier League survival.
Despite playing in a relegation-battling side, Cunha netted an impressive 15 times and got six assists, while the Brazilian also ranked in the top five per cent of all players in his position for successful dribbles per 90 minutes – a campaign that has caught the eye of several of Europe’s elite clubs.
