The English Premier League returns for Matchday eight this weekend following a two-week break for the international fixtures to take place, reigniting the excitement for clubs and fans alike. Chelsea place fourth in the table with 14 points from four wins, two draws and a defeat, a brilliant start to the campaign after many had doubts whether Enzo Maresca would be able to have a positive impact on the side.
Chelsea are yet to be defeated away from home heading into this fixture, but they have failed to win at Anfield since 2021, with Liverpool winning the last encounter 4-1.
