The action continues tonight with the biggest game of the matchday as this season’s surprise package Girona host Atletico Madrid in a second versus third place clash.

Betis have drawn all of their last four league games, as well as three of their last five away games across all competitions.
With all of this, we firmly expect this game to end in yet another draw for both of these sides.

Everyone knew how talented Jude Bellingham was prior to joining Real Madrid, but no one quite expected how quickly the Englishman would adapt to life in Spain. 13 goals and two assists in his first 16 league appearances as well as four goals and three assists in five UEFA Champions League appearances has left Bellingham as Real Madrid’s top scorer so far this season. Bellingham has shown no signs of slowing down in recent games either, recording three goals and two assists in his last six games and for this reason we expect the midfield sensation to score once again in this one.
Girona to win, 2.62
Talking of unexpected sensations, Girona have taken La Liga by storm this season as they sit level on points with Real Madrid at the top of the table. Boasting the best offensive record in the league shows one of the reasons why they find themselves in second place, while their only loss of the season came back in September against Real Madrid. Today’s opponents Atletico Madrid will be no easy task though, with Diego Simeone’s men just seven points behind in third place and they’ll be looking to close that gap in tonight’s game.
Two losses and a draw in their last five league games doesn’t leave Atletico in the best of form coming into this match, and with Girona dropping points in only two of their home games this season we’re backing them to take three points.
