While the majority of the teams in the English Premier League have played all but one of their fixtures, some sides still sit on 36 games played due to matches being rescheduled from earlier in the season.
These teams are now set to make up their game in hand over the next week, with four games being split across Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
In this article, we’re going to be taking a look at our top tips and booking codes for the two games set to take place on Monday and Tuesday:
Aston Villa vs Liverpool
Ollie Watkins is coming into this game as the fourth-highest scorer in the league with 19 goals, behind only Alexander Isak, Cole Palmer and Erling Haaland.
With just two games remaining in the season Watkins will be looking to push on and attempt to get as high as possible in the race for the Golden Boot. While he has scored just one in his last six across all competitions, Liverpool have conceded plenty of goals in recent matches, eight in their last five, and we believe that Watkins will take advantage of this by getting on the scoresheet. However, it might not be enough against a Liverpool side that will want to end Jurgen Klopp’s last two games in charge on a high.
Ollie Watkins to score anytime, 2.60
Liverpool to win, 1.80
Tottenham Hotspur vs Manchester City
Manchester City’s game in hand gives them the opportunity to move to top of the league ahead of the final day, moving two points clear of Arsenal. However, a loss for Pep Guardiola’s side would see Arsenal holding the advantage on the final matchday.
Man City have struggled when facing Tottenham on the road in recent years, only winning for the first time in six earlier this year with a 1-0 win in the FA Cup. Prior to that victory Man City had lost five consecutive matches away to Tottenham and failed to score in any of these games.
Despite this, the hosts come into this game having won just one of their last five, losing the other four, while City have not lost in domestic competition since the beginning of December. With this, we believe that City will take their advantage and move to top of the league with a victory in this one. And with three in his last three, and 25 in all competitions, Foden could be a good option when looking at the goalscorer market.
Manchester City to win & over 3.5 goals, 2.18
Phil Foden to score anytime, 2.50
