Man City have had an incredibly busy January transfer window, and have spent the most money in Europe during this time by spending over £150m.
They have signed three players so far, and with just over week remaining in the transfer window, there’s still time to get more deals over the line.
Here, we profile the three new signings we are set to see at the Etihad this season.
Vitor Reis

He Is a centre-back and was regular captain on his journey through Palmeiras’ youth ranks, as he made his senior debut in June 2024 and went on to be a key part of the team as they finished runners-up in the Brazilian Serie A.
He played 22 times for his boyhood club, including 18 games in the league and two matches in the Copa Libertadores. His performances even earned him national recognition as he was named in the Trofeu Mesa Redonda Team of the Year for all Brazilian football across 2024.
Abdukodir Khusanov
The Citizens announced on Monday evening that Khusanov has officially joined the club on a four-and-a-half-year contract, with the 20-year-old arriving from Lens for a reported €40m (£33.5m).
After coming to prominence at Uzbek side Bunyodkor, Khusanov moved to Belarus side Energetik-BGU aged 18.
In June 2023, Khusanov won his first full cap for Uzbekistan, coming on as a sub against Oman and at the time he joined City, he had already won 18 caps for his country.
The young centre-back’s performance caught the attention of Ligue 1 side Lens who him up in July 2023 him after just 37 appearances for Energetik-BGU and he became the first Uzbek to play in the French top flight as a result.
He has played Champions League and Europa League games for Lens and had made just 31 appearances for the French side.
Omar Marmoush
The 25-year-old Egyptian striker completed a move to the Etihad Stadium on a four-and-a-half-year deal.
An accomplished Egyptian international with 35 caps to his name to date, Marmoush made his professional bow back in his Egyptian homeland as a 17-year-old in 2016 with Wadi Degla.
After amassing 17 appearances and two goals for Wadi, Marmoush subsequently made the move to Europe in 2017, joining VF Wolfsburg before then making a switch to Eintracht Frankfurt in the summer of 2023.
He enjoyed a superb debut season with the Bundesliga side, netting 17 goals from 41 appearances across all competitions.
Omar has maintained that impressive impact so far across the 2024/25 campaign. Prior to joining City Marmoush recorded 20 goals from just 26 appearances for Frankfurt alongside 14 assists.
