There are plenty of big name players being linked with a move as we enter the final few days of the summer transfer window.
This summer there have been plenty of big names who have made surprise transfers for significant fees, and there could be plenty more to be completed before the window ends.
With the transfer window ending Friday, clubs will have to act fast if they want to get new players in the door rather than potentially missing out on signing players due to leaving it too late.
Mohamed Salah, Liverpool – Al Ittihad
Mohamed Salah has been heavily linked with a move away from Liverpool in recent weeks and Saudi Arabia side Al Ittihad are the main side interested.
Al Ittihad are reportedly lining up a lucrative offer in order to get their man but it is unknown as to whether the player would be keen on a move away from the English Premier League.
Liverpool are currently unbeaten this season but have certainly not played their best football, so Jurgen Klopp might be keen to keep his star man as he will be left with little time to find a replacement.
Emile Smith-Rowe, Arsenal – Chelsea
Emile Smith-Rowe has been somewhat out of favour at Arsenal over the past 18 months and he has been linked with a move away from the club this summer.
Chelsea are the main club interested in the English youngster, and he could be keen on the move due to wanting regular first team football which he is currently not getting.
The great form of Arsenal and the injuries that Smith-Rowe has obtained has meant he has struggled to work his way back into the side. It will be interesting to see if Mikel Arteta views him as part of his long term plans.
Pierre Emile-Hojbjerg, Tottenham Hotspur – Manchester United
Pierre Emile- Hojbjerg is seemingly not in Ange Postecoglou plans at Tottenham Hotspur and he has been linked with a move to fellow EPL outfit Manchester United.
United have been on the hunt for a defensive minded midfielder throughout the transfer window and with Hojbjerg potentially becoming available, he could be the right fit.
The 28-year-old was heavily criticised last term by the Spurs faithful for his performances, but with the lack in depth currently in his position at Old Trafford, he could come in and be a good option for Erik ten Hag.
