Inter vs Fluminense
Inter and Fluminense, two unbeaten teams after the group stages, come together in what promises to be a last 16 fixture full of action and drama.
Inter may still be unbeaten with two wins and one draw, but they have appeared defensively vulnerable at times, while Fluminense have been mostly strong defensively but struggled to make an impact in the final third – failing to score in two of their three games.
Despite these similarities, Inter are undoubtedly the favourites due to the overwhelming quality across their squad, and we believe their star players will prove too much for Fluminense to handle as they lead Inter to the win.

Manchester City vs Al Hilal
Haaland has scored in each of his last two games in the group stage of the Club World Cup, with the striker particularly impressive after coming off the bench at half-time in their recent 5-2 victory against Juventus.
The striker excelled against the Old Lady’s high defensive line, which is something that Man City and Haaland will be aiming to exploit once again when they come up against the aggressive defence of Al Hilal.
Al Hilal were caught high up the pitch on a counter attack by Real Madrid for the only goal they have conceded in the tournament, and we believe Man City and Haaland will exploit this once again with a goal for the Norwegian.

While Al Hilal have proven to be a difficult opponent, with a 1-1 draw and a superb performance against Real Madrid, a draw against RB Salzburg and a comfortable win against Pachuca, Man City are certainly the favourites.
The Citizens have scored 13 goals and conceded just twice in the tournament thus far, including the sensational 5-2 win against Juventus, and while we believe this will be a tighter matchup, we ultimately expect Pep Guardiola’s team to win.
Manchester City to win, 1.28
