Bayer Leverkusen vs Bayern
Bayern have scored in their last 28 Bundesliga game and no team has bottled 8-point lead since 1996.
Xabi Alonso’s record-breaking champions have lost only one of their last 53 Bundesliga games, but now with serious work to do to retain their title.
Bayer enjoyed all week to rest and that’s key to this fixture as they are more rested than Bayern.
This should be a goals game.
PREDICTION: GG or Over 2.5 Goals at 1.32
Birmingham vs Charlton
Birmingham are coasting to the League One title after storming seven points clear at the top with a 4-0 midweek win over Cambridge.
The Blues are still unbeaten at home all season, but this could prove one of the tougher tests they have had for a while.
Charlton are one of the form teams in the division right now after making it 16 points from their last six games with a late victory over Peterborough.
PREDICTION: Over 1.5 Goals at 1.33
PSV vs FC Utrecht
Utrecht will travel to face PSV at Philips Stadion on Saturday, with both teams currently on different trajectories. Utrecht are winless in their last four matches, while PSV aim to continue their unbeaten streak of three matches in the Eredivisie.
Recent match-ups have favoured PSV, who are unbeaten in their last nine Eredivisie encounters with Utrecht. The last time Utrecht won a league match against PSV was in October 2019. During this period, PSV have outscored Utrecht 24 goals to nine.
PSV remains unbeaten in Eredivisie home matches this season, with nine wins and two draws from their 11 games at Philips Stadion.
PREDICTION: PSV to win at 1.36

Basaksehir vs Bodrumspor
Basaksehir shared points with Antalyaspor in a goalless draw last time out. They could not create a single chance from open play and were very lucky to escape with a point. At home, however, they are usually more dominant.
Bodrumspor managed to hold Goztepe to a goalless draw last time out. Goztepe are not a good away side.
PREDICTION: Basalsehir to win either half at 1.46
Sporting vs Arouca
After conceding the equaliser in added time against FC Porto, Sporting lost 3-0 to Dortmund in midweek. The lions haven’t been convincing lately, which can be explained by the high number of injuries among key players like Gyokeres or Morita.
Arouca left the game with Rio Ave with a bitter taste in their mouths after conceding an equaliser in the sixth minute of stoppage time.
However, playing at home, the lions can be expected to beat Arouca, even if by a narrow margin.
PREDICTION: Sporting to win at 1.25
Marseille vs Saint-Etienne
Marseille come into this match in strong form, sitting second in the league table with 43 points from 21 matches.
Saint-Étienne, on the other hand, find themselves struggling near the relegation zone, currently 16th with 18 points. Eirik Horneland’s side is winless in their last five matches.
Marseille has dominated recent meetings between these two sides, winning their last five encounters, including a 4-0 victory in their most recent clash.
PREDICTION: Marseille to win at 1.28
Monaco vs Nantes
Monaco currently sit fourth in the table with 37 points from 21 matches. They are showing mixed form, with two wins in their last five matches.
Nantes, in 15th place with 21 points, has struggled recently.
Historically, matches between these two teams have been high-scoring, with at least four goals scored in each of the last five encounters.
PREDICTION: Monaco to win at 1.58
Aston Villa vs Ipswich
Despite their injury struggles, Aston Villa progressed to the fifth round of the FA Cup last weekend, dumping Tottenham out of the competition in the process.
After the disappointment of the defeat at home to Southampton, Ipswich put four past Coventry in the FA Cup last weekend, providing a much-needed confidence boost.
An entertaining 2-2 draw was played out between these two sides back in September, but the home side will be expected to claim all three points this time around.
PREDICTION: Aston Villa to win at 1.44
