Super Eagles striker Akor Adams has called on Nigerian fans to be optimistic as the team prepare for their upcoming AFCON qualifiers.
Speaking in an interview with the NFF, Adams pointed to the strong starts many of Nigeria’s players have made at club level and believes there is plenty of reason for confidence heading into the international break.
The Venezia striker is also hoping to make his own impact in front of goal, with Adams setting his sights on finding the net for the Super Eagles.
But his biggest message was reserved for the supporters: be optimistic and enough with the negativity.
