The January transfer window is set to close in under three days, with clubs completing last minute deals to improve their squad for the second half of the season.
Here, we give you a transfer round-up ahead of deadline day on Monday.

Biggest transfers so far
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (Napoli to Paris Saint-Germain) – £59.1m
It would be a surprise if this figure is beaten. PSG have finally got their man, but now we wait to see who Napoli replace him with.
Omar Marmoush (Eintracht Frankfurt to Manchester City) – £59m rising to £63.2m
That’s a big old splash for City on a forward who scored 15 goals in 17 matches for the Bundesliga side before making the switch.
Abdukodir Khusanov (RC Lens to Manchester City) – £33.7m
The first of at least three January signings for the Premier League champions, 20-year-old centre-back Khusanov has become the first Uzbek to play in the Premier League.
Big signings expected
Patrick Dorgu – Man United
As the transfer deadline approaches, Manchester United seem determined to sign Patrick Dorgu from Lecce, putting in a flurry of bids for the Denmark international in order to complete the deal.
According to Sky Italia, the interest began last week when representatives of the Premier League side travelled to Milan to negotiate, their first bid believed to be around £25 million plus £4.2 million in add-ons.
Going on to make 32 appearances last term, he weighed in with two goals and has begun the 2024/25 campaign in even better form. Starting all but one of Lecce’s 22 games so far this term, Dorgu has contributed three goals and one assist, figures from WhoScored.com showing that he creates 0.9 scoring opportunities per 90 minutes.
Victor Boniface – Al Nassr OFF
Al Nassr had opened talks to sign Victor Boniface from Bayer Leverkusen.
This was revealed by football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, via his X account on Monday.
However, since Al Nassr chose to sign Jhon Durran ahead of the Nigerian star, the transfer appears off but it’s not clear whether Boniface has a future at the German champions.
Christopher Nkunku – Manchester United
Manchester United reportedly are ‘discussing internally’ a loan move for Chelsea forward Christopher Nkunku, who Bayern Munich are targeting.
Chelsea paid Nkunku’s £51 million release clause to sign him from Bundesliga side RB Leipzig in the 2023 summer transfer window.
A pre-season injury meant the Frenchman did not make his Blues debut until December 2023 and he has only started five Premier League games since.
With Nkunku struggling for game time in the Premier League, there have been rumours of a potential return to Germany, with Bayern also reportedly keen.
Most money spent
Man City have had an incredibly busy January transfer window, and have spent the most money in Europe during this time by spending over £150 million.
They have signed three players so far, and with just over week remaining in the transfer window, there’s still time to get more deals over the line.
